italian food or chinise food

i prefer italian, its much healthier as it has more vegetables and whole grain pasta and fish than chinese diet. also the style of cooking italian is healthier than the way the chinese cook

I prefer Chinese food in China (of course) it includes Cantonese, Shanghainese, Pekingnese, Chiu Chow, Sichuan, Hunanese, Hakka., etc. I enjoy eating Italian food too but can not have it daily. Japanese & Thai r my second & third choices.

P.S. I would prefer to have Italian food when I am in Italy, I had Chinese food in Rome & Venice, tasted awful, yeah.. stupid choices made by my parents & they were sorry that.

I enjoy them both.

But I have some real Italians in my family. Please believe me when I say real Italian food is hard to beat!

Italian food is not just about pasta, Zuppa di Pesce on a Sunday afternoon with friends and family is wonderful.

When on O'ahu in Honolulu checkout 'Ciao Mein' yes an Italian-Chinese three pushing four star resteraunt. Yum - - - Spaghetti first came from China and you have not truly lived until your have eaten Szechwan Pizza. Yumm to both //////

Depends. If your eating out or cooking yourself. Chinese food is nice when your eating in but if you eat out its usaully loaded with additives like monosodium glutamate. This does not give an authentic taste so i prefer italian.

Depends on what you are talking about. I have lived in China (for three years) and now live in Italy (my wife is Italian).

Its worth saying that Italian food in Italy is, of course, the real deal. It is great.

But Chinese food IN CHINA, beats all other world cuisines hands down

PS I might add that Indian food in India is probably equal first too.

In my opinion Chinese is the most yummy, but Italian is nice too.

(What country do you live in? The Chinese food in America and some European countries is a travesty and is not REAL Chinese food.)

Edit: I am not sure about Chinese food in Iran. but I like shawarma. Oh yeah Chinese noodles are not the same as spaghetti.
