Why is pasta and pizza italian food what's there story

well pasta comes origionally from dough, which was invented by italians and they have brought the name up to call it italian food.

pasta was brought back to italy from china and pizza was improvised from flatbreads that were first seen in india and the middle east. the italians are not very original as they just adapted the foods to suit their region of the planet. come to think of it, they have not really given us all that much, but they sure did teach many generations how to steal things, oh and Mussolini. what a great man, they should be really proud.

pasta is basically made up of durem wheat flour which is abundantally found in italy (as we have rice as basic diet in india) also availability of tomatoes have inherited recipes of sauces, and finally use of spices and herbs which are tradionally used from generation to generation
