Spaghetti aglio olio (garlic and olive oil) because it is practical, easy, fast, cheap and very tasty (if you like garlic, but remember toasted garlic taste different).

Yumm.. who doesnt like any kind of Italian food?? My favorites are : White clam sauce over linguini, spaghetti & meatballs, garlic spinach breads, anything w/ spinach and pasta and I LOVE LOVE LOVE italian sausge w/ onions and peppers!! YuMMMMM!!! I am so hungry!!

I like Chicken & Eggplant Parmesian with Angel Hair Pasta. I love the fried chicken and eggplant with the ricotta and mozzarella cheese with sauce. Great combination! A little fattening too.the Angel Hair is just right with it too.
